Locally Produced Beef
To ensure the quality of our meat, all our beef is locally sourced from farms in the South West of England.
Our beef is matured for up to 28 days, where appropriate which ensures the finest quality when it reaches you.
Cuts of Beef
We want you to make the most of your butchers and to sample our excellent beef, but we also know that not everyone finds it easy to select and to ask for what they want.
